This 35" Electric Half-Size Combination Oven/Steamer (BCM-101EUS) is an ideal unit for the baking and steaming of sheet pan products or large quantities of hotel pan items. The unit is programmable, allowing you to input 10 recipe programs with 3 cooking stages each. With a combination of bake and steam features, vegetables, meats, breads and more retain their color and vital minerals that keep them tasting and looking incredible. The unit is made with the lasting durability of stainless steel and includes a dual pane tempered viewing window for optimal heat retention and convenience. Safety is built into every aspect of the machine, including a door mounted drip tray to abolish slippery floors and a 2-step door latch to stop the fan before the door is opened.
